KMior products were created by a hairstylist and mother of three who recognized the need for safe, effective hair care for children at every stage of life. We are passionate about encouraging children to love their crown while building confidence from an early age. Our products are designed to grow with your child from newborn to teen providing the care their hair needs through each phase. KMior focuses on keeping hair healthy, nourished, and manageable, while also educating both moms and kids on how to properly care for their hair along the way.

Moisture is our best friend
One of the most important tips for healthy children’s hair is to keep it consistently moisturized. Dry hair leads to breakage, tangles, and slow growth, especially for curly and textured hair.
We love protective styles
Protective styles are great for growth, but it’s important to give your child’s hair a break in between styles. Keeping styles in too long or redoing them back-to-back can cause tension, dryness, and breakage especially around the edges. After taking a style down, allow the hair to rest for a few days by wearing it loose or in low-manipulation styles while focusing on cleansing and deep moisturizing. This helps restore strength, keeps the scalp healthy, and allows the hair to truly thrive.

Be gentle when detangling your child’s hair. Always detangle on damp, moisturized hair using a conditioner or leave-in to create slip, and start from the ends working your way up to the roots. This helps prevent unnecessary breakage, reduces pain, and makes the process quicker and more comfortable for your child. Patience and the right technique can make a big difference in keeping their hair healthy and full.
